SEATTLE – Announced today at the “Women Who Build Seattle” breakfast panel, finalists for NAIOP Washington State’s 2024 Night of the Stars Awards showcased the premier commercial real estate developments that are revitalizing the Puget Sound region, from office and residential towers to well-positioned industrial and biotech campuses.

This year, finalists include six candidates for Developer of the Year, representing a mix of industrial, multifamily, mixed use and office developers.

Among the first winners announced today are the Washington Park Building, an historic renovation recapturing the charm and character of Pioneer Square, as well as Gig Harbor’s 7 Seas Waterfront Taproom, a labor-of-love hospitality development with stunning views of the harbor.

Panattoni’s build-to-suit project in Frederickson was also announced as Industrial Build-to-Suit Development of the Year, showcasing a bold redesign to accommodate the hardware giant Harbor Freight, bringing jobs and further economic development to the submarket.

NAIOPWA's Night of the Stars awards honor the projects and teams that build Puget Sound’s most notable developments in this annual celebration of the commercial real estate industry. Each finalist project was evaluated for impact on the community, market adaptability, ingenuity and local contributions. Winners will be announced at the sold-out gala on November 1 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.

The Commercial Brokers Association, in partnership with NAIOPWA, will announce the brokerage finalists at their first annual Salute to Industry Impact event on October 18 at the Overlake Golf & Country Club. Details can be found on the CBA website, www.commercialmls.com.

The finalists’ gallery is now available on the NAIOPWA website, where the commercial real estate community can vote for this year’s People’s Choice honor. NAIOPWA supporters, project team members, and the industry community can vote for one project per day that they feel represents best-in-class in CRE for our region. Note: Deal of the Year, Broker of the Year, and Developer of the Year finalists are not eligible for People’s Choice voting. All other projects, regardless of category, are eligible.
