State Legislative Recap and Downtown Seattle Recovery Plan
NAIOP Washington State is a leading voice in Olympia, and locally is on the forefront of legislative changes impacting the CRE industry. Our Government Affairs leaders will recap state legislative outcomes from the 2023 session, and a panel of City leaders will talk about the Mayor’s new Downtown Recovery plan and the vision for how it will drive, change, and spark new investment Downtown. The Recovery Plan aims to hasten Downtown Seattle’s revitalization after the pandemic that has been stymied by a slow return to work from employers, ongoing crime, and public safety issues.
