Be there when we announce the winners of the 2026 Real Estate Challenge! We are honored to continue our partnership with the University of Washington's Runstad Department of Real Estate for our annual Real Estate Challenge. This development case competition offers Master of Real Estate (MSRE) students the opportunity take on the role of developer to craft creative and innovative development proposals for a selected project site. This year's site sponsor, University Book Store, provide their site on University Way as the subject of this year's competition. Throughout spring quarter, students will meet with our Student Engagement Committee and other CRE market experts as they craft and refine their proposals. They will present their final projects the afternoon of June 2, and the winner will be announced at our Summer Bash event.
