Sustainability that Pays: Costs & Benefits of Sustainable Strategies [Sustainable Development]
Thursday, March 26, 2026, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM PDT
Category: In-Person Events

Join the NAIOPWA Sustainable Development Committee for a conversation on the real value of sustainability. Covering multi-family and commercial market sectors, our panel of experts will explore the metrics of sustainability measures and strategies to determine if the benefits outweigh the costs. Event will ask: Do sustainable strategies increase lease up rates? What is the premium value for the consumer?  Are there really cost savings when it comes to insurance premiums? Join us March 26 to learn more about the costs and benefits of sustainable strategies.
