About Hart Cole

Hart Cole is Co-President and Co-Regional Market Director for Seattle at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., a role he has held since January 2026. He has been with Alexandria since 2015, serving in progressively senior leadership roles focused on the strategic growth of the Greater Seattle region, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and leasing, as well as broader corporate capital allocation and investor relations initiatives.

Prior to Alexandria, he was Director of Operations for Surgical Care Affiliates (now part of Optum), where he led the company’s surgical hospital division. He began his career as an analyst at Simon Property Group. Hart holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky and a BS in Finance/Real Estate from Indiana University.
