Senior Project Manager, Construction

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of projects undertaken by the department as may be allocated from time to time by ownership and Vulcan business units and affiliates. Projects include, but are not limited to, feasibility studies; conceptual planning; budgeting; pre-construction activities; approvals (internal and external); entitlements; construction and the like. Financial Analyst—Asset Management
The Financial Analyst is responsible to perform a variety of financial analysis of multifamily investment properties and prepare recurring and one-off reports for investors and senior management. Support sales and refinance efforts by assembling due diligence materials and responding to buyer and broker requests. Evaluate yield on cost on renovation efforts and lend analytical support to the Asset Management Team. In addition, maintain our Business Intelligence (“BI”) platform and develop new dashboards to further optimize SP’s portfolio performance. Work primarily with the Managing Director of Asset Management, the Manager of Data Analytics, and the Asset Managers.

Security Properties: Financial Analyst Intern

This position plays a broad support role for the Conventional Investments Group and is responsible for performing financial analysis for multifamily investment properties including fee simple acquisitions and partnership interest acquisitions. This role will also manage and assist with due diligence efforts on new acquisitions and will work primarily with the entire Investments team.
