2025 Student Engagement Sponsorship Opportunities

NAIOP Washington State has formed the Student Engagement Committee (SEC) to further engage students in the commercial real estate field and help them develop deeper connections in NAIOPWA community for their personal and professional growth. Through the Real Estate Challenge, Mentor Program, and other initiatives, the SEC aims enhance the students' learning experience by connecting them with industry leaders and subject matter experts while supporting the association's pipeline efforts and long-term NAIOPWA Foundation goals. 

As an annual sponsor of NAIOPWA's SEC, your support will fund:

  • The NAIOPWA Real Estate Challenge: In close partnership with University of Washington, NAIOPWA will host a development case competition in which four teams from UW's MSRE program will compete. The 2025 competition will take place in the spring with final presentations and winner announcement on June 5. 
  • Mentorship Program, networking, and panel events connecting students to industry professionals and providing real-world insights and experiences to enhance their education. 
  • Support for the next generation of commercial real estate professionals, including helping fund free NAIOPWA memberships to all students.
