Our vision is to build and develop a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture within the commercial real estate industry in the Puget Sound. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is established to ensure that the chapter’s programming, events, and other activities reflect the cultural, gender, age, and other aspects of our diverse market. The focus is on acting as a resource and leveraging partnerships to attract and develop diverse talent industry-wide.


  • Build board/chapter commitment to multicultural and diverse programming and policies and create best practices for application at the member and company level
  • Actively recruit the next generation of diverse candidates to careers in commercial real estate
  • Promote, plan and coordinate events that connect diverse members and support healthy careers and growth opportunities
