Matthew Gardner, Principal, Gardner Economics
For the past 28-years, Matthew Gardner has specialized in analyzing and interpreting economic data and its impact on the local real estate market. He currently sits on the Washington State Governors Council of Economic Advisors, the Association of Washington Businesses Council of Economic Advisors, and is an Advisory Board Member at the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington where he also lectures in real estate economics. He specializes in residential market analysis, commercial/industrial market analysis, financial analysis, and land use & regional economics. His forecasts are used by the Federal Bank of Philadelphia; by Reuters in their Home Price Forecast Survey and by Fannie Mae in their Home Price Expectation Survey. Matthew holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Oxford University and has a graduate degree in Econometrics from the London School of Economics.

John Wolfe, CEO, NW Seaport Alliance John Wolfe is chief executive officer of The Northwest Seaport Alliance. He sets the organization’s vision and strategy and guides the NWSA’s unique customer-focused culture. Wolfe previously served as the CEO of the Port of Tacoma, a position he was named to in 2010. Wolfe earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University. |

Travis has been in commercial real estate in both the private and institutional sectors since 1998. His years of experience cover construction, commercial brokerage, institutional asset management, finance and development. In his current role, Travis oversees more than 4.5 million SF currently under construction in Washington and Oregon. |

Tyler Litzenberger, President, Vector Development Company
Tyler Litzenberger is the founder of Vector Development Company, a full service real estate company focusing on user needs across various product types. Vector specializes in core and shell ground-up development including site selection, due diligence, financial feasibility, market analysis, entitlements, design, permitting, construction costing and construction management, from conception to completion. Tyler has 20 years of experience in development, project management and leasing of commercial real estate projects. He began his career with Opus Corporation in Phoenix, before joining Duke Realty Corporation in Seattle, then Panattoni Development Company.

Ben Seeger, Partner, Dermody
Benjamin Seeger is Northwest Region Partner at Dermody and is responsible for the sourcing and execution of acquisition and development opportunities in the northwestern United States. He also leads asset management and customer relations for the region. Prior to joining Dermody, Mr. Seeger was a Senior Manager at Amazon, leading the company’s real estate program for last-mile logistics facilities in North America, Latin America, Australia and Singapore. At Amazon, Ben managed a large team of real estate professionals responsible for sourcing and developing existing and build-to-suit facilities across those regions.

Wilma Warshak, Principal and Founder, Washington Real Estate Advisors
Wilma Warshak is recognized as both a top producer, having been associated with some of the of more noteworthy projects within the region, and as an industry mentor. She founded Washington Real Estate Advisors in 2010, a boutique real estate firm, which is now considered a recognized industry leader. Wilma is a three-time SIOR Broker of the Year, a recurring CoStar PowerBroker, and an instructor of industrial real estate at the UW. She is also a former architect.
