2024 Real Estate Challenge Sponsorship Opportunities

Teams from regional universities’ real estate programs bring fresh thinking to the CRE development community in this annual competition that combines mentorship and real-world project experience. The 2024 Pacific Northwest NAIOP Real Estate Challenge will feature a carefully chosen site that offers students unique learning opportunities through the RFP process. Student teams from The University of Washington and Portland State University will propose a full development analysis for the site and pursue the best achievable return. 

  • The March event will feature the final presentations and winner announcement. 
  • The Real Estate Challenge is part of the NAIOP Washington State Foundation, which was formed in 2003 to support NAIOP’s vast community initiatives.
