NAIOPWA Real Estate Challenge Partners with LIHI and Onni Group for 2023 Competition

NAIOP Washington State is excited to partner with the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) and Onni Group for the 2023 Real Estate Challenge.

This year, student teams from University of British Columbia, Portland State University, and University of Washington are tasked with generating a feasibility proposal to develop the highest and best use for a 18,000 square foot site in the University District.

Over the next couple months, students will meet with Puget Sound real estate market experts, including architects, land use attorneys, brokers, general contractors, financial analysts, developers, and investors, as they craft and refine their proposals.

They will then present their final proposals to a panel of notable developers and investors, who will name the winner of the Challenge and recipient of the coveted Bob Filley Cup. The winner will be announced at the March Breakfast. Click here to register.
